Under the banner of collaboration with “Al-Majal Al-Arabi Contracting,” FAB undertook a pivotal role in shaping the Coastal Village Office project. Our mission encompassed the creation of intricate shop drawings and Building Information Modeling (BIM) models, meticulously crafted up to LOD400 standards. Beyond visual representation, our efforts extended to extracting crucial data, including quantification and asset tracking sheets. This data-driven approach fortified the project’s foundation, infusing it with both precision and practicality. As the project matured, our commitment remained steadfast.

The culmination of our efforts was embodied in LOD500 as-built models, meticulously assembled and refined. These models, bearing the hallmark of accuracy and detail, underwent rigorous scrutiny and gained the approval of our esteemed client, The Red Sea Global.
